On my plane ride from studying abroad in Shanghai back to UCLA for graduation, I got carried away wondering what would be a life I’d be proud of living - so here’s my resulting bucket list. Life

  • Qualify for Boston Marathon or break a 2:56 marathon
  • Run every World Major Marathon at least once each
  • Complete a 100-mi ultra-marathon
  • Complete an iron man triathlon
  • Get married (April 2023) and raise a happy kid
  • Buy my parents a house
  • Perform in Saturday Night Live
  • Open a cocktail bar or host a well-known cocktail series
  • Own a knitted cap Cryptopunk
  • Create my own streetwear influenced running clothes brand for fun
  • Somehow visit outer space before I pass
  • Skydive (Summer’13)
  • Run a marathon (June 13, 2015+)
